Meet THE Founders
We’re Manny and Elena, partners in life and growth. For two years, we did long-distance dating before Manny moved to Chicago from Los Angeles at the end of 2024. The transition wasn’t easy - new city, new rhythm, and a lot of emotions to process.
Manny is a Men's Coach and Breathwork Practitioner, and in his sessions, he’s seen how powerful sound can be for emotional release. Some of the most transformational breakthroughs he’s witnessed happen when people finally allow themselves to scream, to move stuck energy, release old emotions, and feel fully alive.
One evening, after a tough week, Manny suggested we try it for ourselves. We walked to the lake, took a deep breath, and screamed. Instantly, something shifted, it felt like we’d shaken loose everything we’d been holding in.
A few people nearby joined us that night, and we realized how much others needed this too. What started as something we did for ourselves quickly became a ritual. Now, every Sunday, we come to the lake to breathe, scream, and release...together with anyone who feels called to join.
For both of us, this is part of our own self-development journey. We care deeply about mental health, personal growth, and showing up as better humans for the people we love. Scream Club™ has become one of the ways we practice that.
Manny Hernandez
Founder
Manny is a Men’s Coach, Breathwork Practitioner, and the founder of Scream Club™. Born in New Jersey, he spent over a decade in Los Angeles before moving to Chicago, where he now leads both in-person scream sessions and one-on-one coaching for men who are ready to stop holding everything in.
He works with men who feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected - guys who are tired of pretending they’re fine and ready to deal with what’s actually going on. His coaching blends mindset work, breathwork, and real conversation to help men get clear, let go of old patterns, and rebuild how they show up in their lives.
Emanuel’s approach is honest and direct. He meets men where they are, helps them cut through the noise, and guides them back to a version of themselves they actually recognize. The work is personal, uncomfortable at times, and deeply necessary.

Elena Soboleva
Co-Founder
Elena is a personal brand expert, speaker, and community leader for women entrepreneurs. Originally from Krasnoyarsk, Russia, she moved to the U.S. in her 20s and has called Chicago home since 2016.
Her mission is to bring mindfulness into business and entrepreneurship, helping women step into their fullest expression - online and offline.
Elena is passionate about helping women lead with authenticity, build meaningful communities, and create businesses that are aligned, profitable, and deeply human.
